It is not the state of rest or of motion; it actually is the velocity with which you are travelling that journey of education, which shows how truly educated you are.
Satire is mature and constructive, and even at its worst, it shows intellect. Sarcasm is rustic and commonplace, and at best, it’s only witty and shows a presence of mind.
